When you purchase the unlimited app you can share data with the employees. Each of you will just simply use the same login information. However, each of you will need a separate subscription to the app. When you use the same login any data changed will appear on all the devices.

Can I Delete my Data from the app?
A user may request data deletion by sending an email requesting such from the email address associated with their TractorPal account.
