This privacy policy describes how personally identifiable information collected through the TractorPal mobile application and related services is gathered, protected, and used. It establishes a legally binding agreement between users and TractorPal, LLC.

Automatic collection of information

Our servers automatically record device data including IP address, location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, search information, access times and dates, and usage statistics. This data identifies potential abuse cases and establishes usage statistics without identifying specific users.

Collection of personal information

You can access the application without providing identifying information. However, certain features may require personal details like your name and email address. Collected information includes:

• Contact information — email and address.
• Account details — username, user ID, and password.

This information comes directly from you, or from public databases and marketing partners.

Use and processing of collected information

Personal information supports account creation, order fulfillment, service delivery, product improvement, administrative communication, support responses, requests for user feedback, experience enhancement, testimonial posting, policy enforcement, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and the general operation of the service.

Billing and payments

Credit card and payment information is processed to complete transactions only, and is deleted after the transaction completes. All direct payment gateways adhere to the latest security standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Disclosure of information

Information may be shared with trusted third parties that assist with operating the service, along with affiliates and subsidiaries. Service providers may not use the information beyond their designated functions. In the event of a business transition, user accounts and personal information may be transferred.

Retention of information

Personal information is retained for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Aggregated data may remain after deletion, without personal identification. Deletion occurs after the applicable retention periods expire.

Transfer of information

Data transfers may occur to countries outside your location. You may learn about the legal bases for those transfers and the security measures that apply to them.

Requests directed to TractorPal, LLC require identity verification. To respond properly, your request must include enough detail for us to understand it.

The service does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Users must be at least 16 to consent to processing — or have parental consent where required in some countries.

The application contains links to external resources. We bear no responsibility for the privacy practices of those external sites.

Information security

Information is protected through secure servers, administrative safeguards, technical measures, and physical protections. That said, there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet that are beyond our control.

Data breach

Upon discovering a security compromise or unauthorized disclosure, we reserve the right to investigate, report, cooperate with law enforcement, and notify affected individuals when there is a reasonable risk of harm or when the law requires notification.

Changes and amendments

We may modify this policy at our discretion, with notification of material changes. Updated versions become effective immediately unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the service constitutes your consent to the changes.
